A LITTLE ABOUT ME
About Me.
Who is Erickson?
I am Erickson Ricky Eugene, a business professional, entrepreneur, and U.S. Army veteran with experience in operations, project and program management, technology, and organizational leadership.
Born and raised in Port-de-Paix, Haiti, I immigrated to the United States with a commitment to growth, economic opportunity, and community empowerment. I help entrepreneurs launch businesses, manage initiatives, and develop digital solutions.
Military Service
My service in the U.S. Army shaped my approach to discipline, leadership, adaptability, and strategic execution—principles I carry into my professional and entrepreneurial work.
Education & Professional Development
I hold an MBA, a project management certification, and a Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and I am pursuing a Master of Public Administration at Seattle University. I continue to develop my skills through leadership and entrepreneurship training.
Sports & Personal Interests
I played college soccer and represented Haiti at the U-17 level, with experience at PBSC, FAU, Racing Club Haïtien, and the Fort Lauderdale Strikers. I also enjoy tennis, basketball, and American football.
Community & Social Impact
I founded Fondation Capois to support community-led development in Haiti through education, infrastructure, clean energy, and youth opportunity. I also serve in nonprofit leadership and advocate for equity, immigrant rights, democracy, and inclusive communities.
